Located on the ground floor, this 48 m² triplex apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and comprises a kitchenette, a pretty living room, a bedroom and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, and the beds are made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - A sitting area with sofa and TV - Dining area with table and chairs - Kitchenette with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge and microwave oven - A shower room with shower and WC 1ᵉʳ floor: - Small open-plan sitting area with sofa 2ᵉ floor: - One bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and desk Please note that access to the 1ᵉʳ and 2ᵉ floor is via steep stairs.
This is not usually a problem, but may be a little more complicated for the elderly and those with reduced mobility.
The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.
You can enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Area and activities : - The flat is located halfway between Place de la Mairie and Place Hoche. - The location is perfect for enjoying the city centre (immediate proximity to public transport, parking, restaurants) and Rennes events.
Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Rennes train station, about 20 minutes' walk (1.5 km) - Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport about 25 min by car (8 km) Other notes: - Please note that the stairs can be steep - This flat is equipped with wifi connection - Pets are not allowed in the flat - Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Très bien situé, accueil impeccable, logement très bien. Hormis l'absence de torchon à vaisselle et de queues aux casseroles. Excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la taille de l'appartement (plutôt grand) et sa localisation. La place de parking est un vrai plus.
Quand on a le vertige, les deux escaliers sont assez impressionnants (quasiment aucune rampe).
