The holiday home along a stream near Kitzbühel has two separate, unconnected units with their own entrances. This property is located on the ground floor. Ideal for families, the downstairs flat with terrace offers beautiful views of the famous Hahnenkamm. The holiday home is easy to reach by public transport. From the garden you can reach the promenade leading to the picturesque and above all cosy centre of Kitzbühel
Cosy restaurants, the fashionable shopping street and the train station are all within walking distance. The Hornbahn ski lifts take you to the popular ski area of Kitzbühel In summer, Kitzbühel turns into a true hiking paradise! Nordic walkers, hikers, mountain bikers and golfers are frequent guests here
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

Sehr schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung in Kitzbühel.
Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Touren in der Region.
Gut geschnitten, auch für Familien mit mehr als 2 Kindern.

Die Wohnung ist echt schön, zentral und am Fluss gelegen und mit grosser Terrasse. Was uns allerdings vorher nicht klar war, es gibt kein "Wohnzimmer/Sofa" etc wo man Abends gemütlich Fernsehen kann. Dafür eine grosse Eckbank und einen grossen Esstisch, also eine Wohn-Ess-Küche.

+ Gunstige ligging t.o.v. centrum en Hornbahn + top douche en goede bedden + goed verzorgd ruime inventaris en schoon (maar dat mag ook wel eerlijk gezegd voor € 100,- schoonmaakkosten) + mooie wandelingen mogelijk in de omgeving - redelijk lawaaiig door drukke wegen, treinbaan en stromende ri...
