This high-quality furnished holiday flat in Kitzbühel has 2 separate, unconnected units with their own entrances. Located on the first and second floors, this flat offers breathtaking views of the Hahnenkamm (and the Streif) from the balcony. The holiday home is easy to reach by public transport. From the garden, you can reach the promenade leading to the picturesque centre of Kitzbühel. Cosy restaurants and the fashionable shopping street are within walking distance
The Hornbahn ski lifts take you to the popular Kitzbühel ski area In summer, Kitzbühel turns into a true hiking paradise! Nordic walkers, hikers, mountain bikers and golfers are frequent guests here
Upon arrival, the beds are made.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

First two nights were great then unfortunately the apartment below was occupied by smokers who regularly went out onto the balcony to smoke which meant we were unable to have the windows open on that side as the smoke came up into the apartment.
Not your fault I know but it does spoil it a bit

Die ersten beiden Nächte waren großartig, dann wurde leider die Wohnung unter uns von Rauchern bewohnt, die regelmäßig auf den Balkon gingen, um zu rauchen, was bedeutete, dass wir nicht in der Lage waren, die Fenster auf dieser Seite zu öffnen, da der Rauch in die Wohnung hochkam.
Ich weiß, es ist nicht deine Schuld, aber es verdirbt die Sache ein wenig.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, vielleicht ist die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs nicht die beste, aber man kann einen schönen Aufenthalt dort haben
