This two-bedroom apartment set in the Kono area is ideal for those who seek privacy but wish to be in the vicinity of the vibrant Old Town, Dubrovnik.
The property offers a comfortable interior for four guests and a lovely terrace surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation and flowers. The apartment which is located on the ground floor of the building consists of one double bedroom, one twin room, a bathroom with a shower, a living/lounge area and a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine.
There is a sunny terrace furnished with a dining table for four and a BBQ. The apartment does not have a private parking place, but the public garage is within 3-4 minutes walk.
Amenities include: A/C (in living room), SAT-TV, LCD TV, Wireless Internet, a full kitchen, BBQ, washing machine, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer. It is an easy 3-minute walk downhill to reach the nearest grocery store and ATM. The Old Town is about 12 minutes on foot and can be approached two ways.
Walking down a series of steps (200 steps) you'll find yourself at Pile gate, the main entrance to the Old Town.
By walking about 10 minutes down hill (excluding steps) you can reach the middle entrance of the Old Town called Buza gate.
The return trip would require climbing stairs, so it is recommended taking a taxi which would cost around 50-60 Kuna (9 Euros). Apartment Fresco sleeps 4 guests *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection.
Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol.
Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

The place was nice and clean when we arrived. Great for 2 couples. It was within walking distance of Old Dubrovnik and the port.

Nice apartment overall, comfortable beds. Good shower. Nice courtyard with pretty planting.
Sofas not that comfortable in lounge.
Mirrors needed in bedrooms or hallway, bathroom had 3 unnecessarily ( 1 here would suffice.)
Hard to find. Check-in directions not good, had to go to office and they too...

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung für 4 Personen. Zentral gelegen, an viel befahrener Straße, dennoch mit idyllischem Sitzplatz im Freien. Das WiFi ließ zu wünschen übrig.
