This spacious detached holiday home is conveniently placed for exploring the rebel county of Cork, the magnificent Kingdom of Kerry and the scenic county of Limerick.
This rural holiday home is just 1.8km from the village of Boherbue and offers a real retreat for a relaxing holiday in the peaceful countryside.
From this large modern holiday home, you will be spoilt with a selection of country walks to explore on your next Irish holiday in Cork. Derryleigh House – Sleeps 8Derryleigh House has been finished to a high standard and has a modern fitted kitchen with a multi-fuel burner.
It is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland.
The bright living room has comfortable furnishings, Smart TV, DVD player and an additional open fire.
This countryside holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests comfortably: Property layout – ground floor: - Kitchen - Sun room accessed from the kitchen - Living room - Wet room with shower, WC and hand basin - Bedroom 1: Double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: Double sleeping 2 Property layout - first floor: - Bedroom 3: King en-suite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 4: Twin sleeping 2 - Main bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and hand basin WIFI is available.

Local Area and Tourist AttractionsDerryleigh House is ideally located 1.8km from the village of Boherbue which has a selection of amenities including a grocery store, pharmacy, post office, hardware store and a number of country pubs.
Things to do in the local area: - Many fishing opportunities locally on the Araglin and Blackwater River known to be very popular with anglers all around the country. - Town of Millstreet is located 13km away and is home to one of Ireland’s largest equestrian centres called the Green Glens.
Visit Millstreet Museum and experience the history of this North Cork, an interesting insight into the past. - Town of Killarney.
Situated on the shores of Lough Leane this bustling town has a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, craft shops and fashion boutiques.
From here you can reach the scenic Ring of Kerry or hike the 200-km Kerry Way walking trail.

Heating and Electricity: Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply.
If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.
If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.
If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways: • Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager.
Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property. • Pay As You Go electricity meter.
The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.
Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking. 2.

Really loved our stay at Derryleigh, the hse is equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable beds & linen, lots of outside space & loads of entertaining space. It really is a home from home.
The owner was very prompt, helpful & friendly. We look forward to a return visit!

We had the most comfortable stay in this beautiful house in Boherbue. Suited our needs completely. The host Dennis was very welcoming and informative. Good facilities locally and a good spot for touring Cork and Kerry. Would highly recommend.
