Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. (Travel Crib and Highchair available for free.) Bathrooms Villa Luisa has 2 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (Family Bathroom) bath with W/C. Bathroom 2 (Family Bathroom) has shower and W/C. Swimming Pool Private Pool Size: 8.0m x 4.0m Depths: Shallow End = 1.00m; Deep End = 1.80m Aspect: South-East Facing Pool Access: Ladder Additional Pool Features: Sun Beds, Poolside Dining Area and Pool Shower. Additional Information The owner resides downstairs with a separate entrance and private garden area. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

The outside and pool area were magnificent and we all had our own privacy given the layout of the bedrooms. It was spotlessly clean and quite spacious. Very clean and well-kept home. Fantastic property in a lovely location with just enough tavernas, restaurants, bars...and nearby to almost everything beaches, seasides, promenades. We have booked again for 2022. Menorca is perfect as ever; its why we come back year after year!
