Welcome to Villa Pine Trees by Kardous Family, a serene and enchanting family-run villa in the heart of Skopelos. Currently (November 2025) under full renovation and will be read to welcome you for season 2026, this charming retreat combines Aegean minimalism, island-inspired design, and modern comforts, making it perfect for families or small groups of up to 5 guests.
Nestled just 2 km from Panormos Beach and 8 km from Skopelos Town, the villa offers privacy while remaining close to the island’s attractions. A bus stop at the entrance and free private parking ensure convenience for exploring Skopelos.
The interior reflects simplicity and thoughtful design. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine, provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Materials such as stone, wood, and metal, paired with airy curtains, colorful cushions, and handmade rugs, create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Cleanliness is our top priority. Daily housekeeping ensures that the interior, exterior, and private 5x8m pool with mosaic tiles are pristine, so guests can fully enjoy their stay.
The outdoor spaces are truly magical. A multi-level garden with aromatic plants, pine trees, and shrubs offers plenty of corners to relax. Guests can choose between a shaded terrace, poolside lounge areas, a stone seating area with colorful cushions, or a quiet nook under the pines — every spot inviting calm and connection with nature. The BBQ area allows for memorable evenings with family and friends.
