This detached little house with a private, fenced garden is situated between Goyatz and Jessern, very close to the beach café at the lake Schwielochsee, surrounded by fields, meadows and forests.
The house built in 1970 was completely gutted in 2014 and restructured to the highest standards. The living space of around 35m² provides an antique, but newly restored wardrobe, a large corner sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a little built-in kitchen with a mini oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a little breakfast table with chairs. The large living room with electric radiators also has a double bed (180 x 200cm) with a Vi-Spring mattress, a Tempur cover and blankets. The separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and under-floor heating includes touchscreen controls. The cellar has a washing machine, dryer and a vacuum cleaner. Thus, the house is ideal for two adults and a toddler. An extra bed can be provided on request.
On the covered terrace in the entrance area you can find a large teak garden table with four wicker chairs. From there you can enjoy a panoramic view and can also see parts of the large and small Schwielochsee. There is a little garden shed on site with a paddle boat (15 minutes to pump up yourselves), two bicycles, a Weber grill and garden loungers. The garden, which cannot be looked into, has space for a car and has a large lawn. The gate can be locked. The absolute highlight is the whirlpool on the terrace (38m², regular change of water), so you can relax outdoors.
It is less than 1km to the lake and various restaurants, shops and the ferry jetty. The Spreewald towns of Lübben and Burg, Cottbus are 15-50km away.
