The apartment in a lovely house from the founding period is in the garden and cottage district of Währing. The apartment creates a generous impression as soon as you step inside. It is at ground level, above the level of the street as it is on a slope.
The living room with a seating group and dining space has a functioning pianino, a sofa bed as an additional bed, and a charming ensemble of windows and glass doors looking out towards the terrace (15m²) on the south side, with the front garden with plenty of greenery shielding it from the road. The bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm is in the rear part of the apartment, which also has a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC room.
