Flat no. 52, DIRECTLY on the BEACH !!! 100% sea view !!! DIRECTLY on the BEACH !!! 100% sea view !!! Sea noise included !!! APARTMENT in absolutely quiet DREAM LOCATION, away from any traffic, but centrally located, pools, tennis, sunbathing lawns, kilometre-long sandy beach right on the doorstep, approx. 10 metres away complete infrastructure, simply everything available. NOT A HIGH-RISE FLAT!!! SEA VIEWS from the flat and from the terrace! As good as new beach flat fully furnished and maintained, 1 terrace approx. 12 m² off the living room, with seating, table and parasol 1 kitchen, large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher microwave, toaster, electric coffee machine and "espresso" Spanish, kettle, hand blender 1 bedroom with two beds 2.00m x 0.90m for 2-pers. 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 persons and an extra bed 1 living room with sofa bed (2)-pers. 1 TV, 1 radio, 1 alarm clock (on request) 1 bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bathtub, small hairdryer on request. Radiant heater above the door, washing machine, clothes horse & laundry basket, . Ironing board & simple iron (on request), mop with bucket and broom with shovel 1 SAFE in the parents' bedroom CEILING VENTILATOR in the living room & in the parents' bedroom In winter with electric radiator in the living room & in the parents' bedroom
The outdoor area is wonderfully overgrown, the residential complex impresses with its green zones, watercourses, the distant 4 tennis courts and several pools, (although the small pools are not open in the low season.) However, the 50 metre Olympic pool with its large separate children's pool is absolutely sufficient. In winter, the large pool is closed and the COVERED HEATED POOL is open. The sea is of course open all year round, 24 hours a day, so you can jump in at your leisure, even in the winter months.
The equipment is varied, the kitchen is fully equipped, sufficient plates, cups, cutlery, glasses, etc. You will normally want for nothing here. If you are personally missing something on site or notice something in the flat, PLEASE let us know on site! We will do everything possible to fulfil your wishes as quickly as possible.
The environment, the climate is characterised by the influence of the Sierra Nevada at an altitude of approx. 3,500 metres. This means that the winter is not too cold and the summer not too hot. It is not for nothing that Torrox Costa is called the best climate in Europe. Thanks to the many flat blocks and the low hotel tourism, you also have a functioning, super pleasant infrastructure, even in the off-season!
The speciality is that you have really small paths, especially to the beach, ideal for families with big and small children. In the front area you will find shops, restaurants, a great ice cream parlour, a diving school, a gym and physiotherapy. The beach is fine sandy and darker, so it retains the heat for longer and, depending on the time of day, you may need "chanclas" (slippers) to cross it. In front of the water, the beach is sometimes fine sandy and sometimes pebbly, depending on the sea currents. You can take wonderful walks on the beach or go jogging on the promenade.
