A number of country roads surround this pet-friendly holiday home, a wonderful base for country walks with your beloved family dog.
From here you can easily explore the many beautiful sites that surround Killarney such as Ross Castle located 4km away in Killarney National Park and easily reachable on foot. This large holiday home is bright and spacious, a great base for a family or group holiday in Killarney.
This coastal holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Living room with comfy sofas, open fire, TV, DVD player and stereo/CD player - Second living room leading out to garden via patio doors. - Open plan large kitchen and dining room - Utility room providing extra storage - Bedroom 1: kingsize ensuite with shower sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with bath and shower attachment, hand basin and toilet Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 3: kingsize sleeping 2 - Bedroom 4: twin sleeping 2 - Separate shower room with toilet Outside Madams Hill House Killarney is a large sloped lawned garden where you and your guests can relax and take in the pretty mountain views and distant town views of Killarney.
Towels are provided within the house. Friendly Holiday HomeMadams Hill House Killarney is a pet-friendly holiday home and is suitable for 1 small dog per booking.
Please note your pet must stay in the utility room for most of the duration of the stay.
The garden is not enclosed and is close to a roadway.

We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2.
Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3.

Really great house, spotless on arrival, incredibly spacious, very central location, perfect base for a Kerry holiday. Every need provided for in the house, and very central to all amenities to support a self catering holiday. Loads of green space around the house for our dog to enjoy.

The property was clean and tidy. We had a wonderful stay and the property manager was very accommodating. Bedrooms and social spaces were perfect. We will definitely be returning as we fell in love with the area and the views. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Great place to stay, plenty of room. Everything was very neat & clean. Some minor issues: Most rooms/bathrooms can't be locked, no WiFi (but this is mentioned in the advert), the 2 beds in the twin bedroom might be small for an averige sized person. Other 3 king-size beds were perfect.
