This fabulous, newly renovated and modern 6-bedroom villa is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras and enjoys spectacular sea views.
With a beautiful, state-of-the-art interior and extensive, private garden and pool area, this villa is the ultimate choice to indulge in luxury for a peaceful, relaxing, and memorable holiday. The ground floor offers a spacious living, dining and kitchen area with large patio doors so you can enjoy the sea views from every angle.
The furniture and décor is contemporary and stylish with ample seating in the living and dining area.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils and includes a breakfast bar with seating area.
There is also a WC on this floor. On the upper floor of the main building, the villa features four spacious bedrooms and the family bathroom.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, double bed, widescreen TV and shared balcony; Bedroom 2 has a double bed, widescreen TV and shared balcony; bedroom 3 has two single beds and bedroom 4 has three single beds.
All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and offer beautiful views The other two bedrooms can be found in the separate, newly-built annex that can be independently accessed from the stairs in the garden area.
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, king-sized beds, widescreen TVs and offer fantastic views. Further up Villa Chloe offers the luxury of a large roof terrace with a seating area, perfect for relaxing with a drink whilst admiring the picturesque Protaras views. The beautiful, landscaped garden offers ample space for lazy days by the pool and beautiful lighting at night.
The spacious, shaded outside dining area that includes a widescreen TV, seating area, BBQ, table tennis, sunlounges and a private infinity pool overlooking the sea. This is the perfect setting to just unwind and appreciate the relaxed ambience. A pool table and football table provide hours of entertainment for kids of all ages. Satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels as well fast Wi-Fi internet are included.

Sowohl die Einrichtung des Hauses wie die Lage haben uns begeistert. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass wir völlig ungestört waren, da es keine Nachbarhäuser gibt. Die vorbeiführende Hauptstrasse hat entgegen unserer Befürchtung nicht gestört. Wir empfehlen jedoch für maximal 9 Personen zu mieten. Das Klappbett für die 10. Person war sehr unbequem. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich.
