This comfortable, 45-m², non-smoking apartment is situated in the popular Freiburg residential area of Stühlinger. The University Hospital and the main station are just a short walk away. The nearest tram stop is practically on our doorstep. Downtown Freiburg is just 10 minutes away on foot and Messe Freiburg is just 2.5 km away. Restaurants, small snack bars, an ice cream shop, bakeries, and other grocery stores are all in the immediate vicinity. While a visit to Freiburg's romantic Old Town is always worthwhile, the beautiful surroundings here also offer myriad opportunities for great excursions and recreational activities. Parking is available in the backyard and can be rented upon request.
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nah zum Hauptbahnhof (7 Minuten). Es gibt auch Straßenbahn Haltestelle in der Nähe(5 Minuten). Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar (15 Minuten). Die Straße vorne ist bisschen geräuschvoll, aber mit geschlossene Fenster schaffbar. Die Wohn/Schlafzimmer ist groß und bequem, wie Badezimmer auch. Die Küche ist auch gut.
Ingesamt alles hat super geklappt.
