The apartment is located near the University Hospital, the main station, and just a 7-minute walk from the Old Town. All windows are facing west towards a courtyard, promising a quiet stay. There is an underground parking garage in the house (option) and the train stations right around the corner – perfect conditions for exciting excursions.

Check-in and check-out regulation
Please arrange your arrival time by phone or email directly with the host, avoiding waiting times. Check-in is usually as of 3 pm, check-out until 11 am.

Differing cancellation conditions
Stornogebühr bis 60 Tage vor Anreise ist 25% der Anzahlung, mindestens jedoch 50 EUR. Die Anzahlung dient der Vermieterin als Sicherheit und wird bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag ab 60 Tage vor Anreise nicht rückerstattet. Important payment information and other conditions
The flat is only available to adults for residential purposes. No business of any kind may be conducted. With the booking confirmation by the landlord, a deposit of approx. 25% of the accommodation price is due within one week, after which the reservation is binding. The balance can be paid by bank transfer up to 1 week before arrival or in cash on arrival at the latest. Credit cards are not accepted. ATTENTION: For adults 18 years and older, a city tax of 5% will be charged on top of the overnight price.

Description of the accommodation
This spacy quiet apartment (64m²) with bedroom, living room, hallway, kitchen, bathroom sleeps up to 3 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities such as dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc. Washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There is a dining table in the living room in addition to a comfortable seating area and a single bed (80x200cm). Cable TV, Radio, CD/DVD player and private Wifi(optional). The sunny furnished balcony with a large awning is the perfect place to relax. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm), an antique mirror cabinet and a chair with reading lamp, thus offering a cozy retreat separate from the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a WC, spacious shower, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, and washing machine. The apartment is 64 m² large, centrally heated, and faces westward to the courtyard, i.e. it is quiet despite its close proximity to the city and train station. It is a NON-SMOKING apartment.
