In allen Zimmern gibt es Schreibtisch, TV, Internetanschluß (LAN u. WLAN), Kühlschrank. Historisches Gebäude (Gasthof seit 1507) in zentraler Lage, nahe Schloß Mirabell und Getreidegasse.
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. 80 Betten in 50 Zimmern mit Dusche/WC. Einige Zimmer mit Fließwasser. Check-In: jederzeit ab 14.00 Uhr / Check-Out: 11.00 Uhr Weg: Schwarzstraße / Makartplatz / Priesterhausgasse

Es wird nur der Mistkübel ausgeleert. Bereits vor Zimmerbezug wurde schon lange nicht staubgesaugt, Zitterspinne im Bett, und auch während des Aufenthalts wird nicht gesaugt. Auch das Bett wird nicht gemacht. Der Eiskasten ist innen auch nicht sauber. Am WC in allen Ecken Spinnweben und Staub.

Un hôtel bien tenu, considérant l'âge de l'établissement.
Près d'une grande rue avec restaurants et boutiques.
Personnel courtois, qui répond aux attentes.
Grande chambre, pourrait y avoir un peu de décorations sur les murs pour la rendre plus attrayante, mais chambre confortable avec beaucoup de rangements.

We enjoyed the large, light and airy room. Beds were quite comfortable but very creaky. We appreciated the very generous storage (big wardrobes and 2 sets of shelves plus table and lots of space to put things in bathroom). Staff were very friendly and helpful.
