At the quiet entrance to Partschins, away from road traffic, Fewo (Zweiraum) im Haus Götsch (4) welcomes you with a balcony and plenty of opportunities for exploring. Hiking and cycling trails are 100–500 m away, and there is bicycle parking and an e-bike charging station.
The 45 m² apartment is furnished for 2 people and accommodates up to 3 guests, including a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. It has a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. A baby cot and high chair are available.
The kitchenette has a ceramic hob, fridge and coffee machine for preparing meals and coffee. A microwave or toaster can be borrowed free of charge. Wi-Fi, a TV, bed linen and towels are provided, and parking at the property is free.
According to the host, shops, a bakery, a bus stop, a public swimming pool and places to eat are a 5–10-minute walk away. A restaurant is approximately 235 m away and a museum approximately 380 m away, both in a straight line. The Texelgruppe Nature Park offers opportunities for outdoor excursions. The included Südtirol Guest Pass covers free use of public transport.
Pets are not permitted and the apartment is non-smoking. The local tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on arrival; children under 14 are exempt. Check-in is from 14:00 to 18:30 and check-out is by 09:00.
