This fantastic 3 bedroom villa is set in an elevated position, close to the sea and beaches in the Alamillo area of Puerto de Mazarron, sea views from the upper terrace.
It is detached, very well equipped and has a homely feel with private swimming pool and gardens with plenty of outside space to enjoy. A private entrance on the ground floor leads to the living room/dining area, one bedroom and toilet, the kitchen has been modernised with all necessary appliances as refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
There are 2 good sized bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor, from the main bedroom there is a balcony with sea views.
The villa is air conditioned throughout along with heating.
It has smart TV, unlimited free WI-FI access is also available.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, 190m² terrace, iron, hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house, private swimming pool.
The pool area has a good size swimming pool with shallow end and steps, 6 sun beds, parasol, outside dining table and chairs and a shower. Piscina que invita a no salir del alojamiento a pesar de la cercanía de la paya. Mucha limpieza, habitaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas. Muy completa en cuanto a menaje y ropa de hogar. Los dueños fueron muy amables en todo momento, y como no había reserva posterior, nos permitieron alargar la hora de salida.
