The apartment includes a living room with a dining table and a private balcony.
The room is also equipped with a double sofa bed.
An adjoining open-plan kitchen is also provided, along with a bedroom featuring twin beds side by side, a bathtub, and access to the balcony.
A main family shower room is also available.
The unique holiday home benefits from resident parking and a lovely sunny shared garden.

Families will find the kid-friendly Panda Club 6 minutes’ walk away.
The fashionable resort center of Chamonix is 14 minutes’ drive away.
The tree-top climbing Accro Adventure Park and rock climbing crag in Lac des Gaillands are both 17 minutes’ drive away.

The property is small but has a great location. Fabulous views of Mont Blanc. Rooms are comfortable but the bedroom is small (it has a single and a small double bed). Kitchen is basic but adequate. Excellent parking. Communication with the company was good. Collecting and dropping off the key straightforward.
