New and reasonably priced: Offer nice two room guest flat in Alt-Marzahn. The flat is located in a two-family house on the upper floor. It is very well equipped and can be occupied by 2 persons. The two-family house is in a beautiful, green and quiet location. The two-room flat has a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses) as well as a separate kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer/dishwasher combination and an electric cooker. There is also a coffee machine and toaster. The bath and shower room is very spacious and equipped with a towel dryer and underfloor heating. There is also a large balcony/terrace with table and armchairs. The entire flat has central heating. The living and sleeping areas are fitted with external blinds. The Marzahn S-Bahn station is only a 7-minute walk from the flat, but it is also possible to take the bus (2 stops) or the tram (1 stop) to Marzahn S-Bahn station.
