The flat is designed as a stylish loft apartment in a listed building dating from around 1890. The modern interior accentuates the natural stone interior walls. The flat has a garden with outdoor terraces and barbecue as well as 2 car parking spaces.
Firewood can be purchased from the neighbour.
Ground floor
Kitchen open to the living/dining area with electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine (Expressi, please only use coffee capsules from Expressi. Available in Imgenbroich at Aldi), toaster, fridge with freezer compartment. Living-dining area: dining table for 4 persons, couch, armchair, fireplace.
1ST FLOOR
Television area with satellite TV and DVD player, guest WC, one bedroom with double bed and walking table, wardrobe.
2ND FLOOR
One bedroom with double bed, bathroom en suite with shower, bathtub, double washbasin, WC. Sauna for 3 persons. Bathroom and sauna are only accessible via the upper bedroom.
Sports facilities: Fly-fishing in the Rur (3-4 km stretch), distance from the house approx. 10-15 m, day tickets available from the Oebel bakery in Monschau (on the market square). -Season 16 March to 20 October, fly-only route. Cross-country skiing in Monschau-Rohren, groomed cross-country ski trails. Kayak white-water descents possible from November to March, depending on the water level of the Rur.
Please hand over the deposit with your bank details to our housekeeper on arrival. The money will be refunded to you by bank transfer a few days after your departure.

Historisch gebouw aan de rand van Monschau

Je zit op circa 800 meter van het historische centrum van Monschau. Met mooie doorkijkjes langs de Roer. Het betreft een karakteristiek gebouw van drie etages met goede inrichting.
De natuurstenen trap is een fraai oud element om te zien. Maar is onhandig te belopen door de onregelmatige treden. Dit is dus minder geschikt voor personen die slecht ter been zijn.

Super ist der eingezäunte und nicht einsehbare Garten. Die Einteilung der Räume ist den Gegebenheiten optimal angepasst.
Bei dem Preis sollten mal neue Kopfkissen möglich sein. Diese waren voller Flecken.
Sehr gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage.

Das Haus hat seinen ganz eigenen Stil. Alt wird hier mit modern kombiniert, was die Wohnung aber sehr gemütlich macht.
Tolle Ausstattung.
Das Badezimmer ist ausschließlich durch das obere Schlafzimmer erreichbar.
